1. Services & Scope - We provide furniture refurbishment, repair, and manufacturing services across the U.S. and internationally. All services come with an industry-standard guarantee, and additional warranties may be available on a case-by-case basis. EDue to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or returns.
2. Cancellations - Orders may be canceled with at least 7 days' notice before the agreed-upon start date. If you cancel after this period, any deposits made will be non-refundable.
3. Liability - We are not liable for any damages beyond the agreed-upon service scope. In the rare event of an issue, we will work with you to resolve it within our warranty terms.
4. User Conduct - You agree not to misuse our services or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our terms.
5. Changes to Terms - We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
